Helping her community was at the heart of Fiorella’s decision to become a medical provider. “I value the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, to have an impact on the well-being of families, and to witness their positive health outcomes over time,” she says.

Fiorella’s approach to care is patient centered and holistic, addressing the physical, emotional and social aspects of health. “I emphasize open communication, active listening, collaborative decision-making and respect for individual values,” she says. By educating patients about their health and serving as their advocate, she hopes to empower them to become stronger advocates for themselves.

Born in Lima, Peru, Fiorella is bilingual and lived most of her life in Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston and her physician assistant degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Since moving to Oregon in 2018, she has become much more active outdoors – some of her favorite activities now include hiking, kayaking and trail running. She also enjoys trying new restaurants and attending live music performances.
