This appointment was for a surgery clearance. I booked it on line and was going to have a two hour wait between the surgeon appt and seeing Julia. I got a call from someone in the office that noticed all of my appointments and saw they had an opening so I would not have to wait so long in between. This level of care and service just made my day. This is a great group....from the provider, MAs, PCCs and manager...I just appreciate the quality care, the smoothness of the clinic flow and that they care!!

I didn't talk w anyone on my health care team abt all my prescriptions because aside from the antibiotic I took for 5 days, I take no prescriptions! Usually Julia is very attentive. This was not the case at this visit. My questions were not answered in a definitive manner and I did not get the opportunity to address everything I needed to discuss. I have never left an appointment with her feeling dissatisfied but this day I did.
