Dr Nayak provides me the comfort that he cares about my health. Every year he reviews my charts & makes sure I'm on track to remain healthy. When I schedule the appointment the day, I needed to get blood work done was not scheduled. I spent 3 hours driving from Sunnybrook to 161st to get this completed before my visit with Dr Nayak 2 days later. Once I called them out It was quickly resolved. With all my questions I had about my aging body he provided the necessary options to follow up & get it taken care of. Nayak is the best.

I see Dr. Nayak every six months. He is very personable, and easy to talk to. I trust him with my health care. Basically, I talk to him, and/or his staff at the time times of my visit. If something does come up, I contact them through MyChart, which is always answered in a timely manner.

He ALWAYS follows up with labs/diagnostic imaging (either by phone or through My Chart). He is respectful and really seems to "know" both my husband and me (and understands our preference to be included in each other's health care information and decisions". I have known a lot of providers in my lifetime. Dr. Nayak is in the top 1% in regards to approachability, knowledge, care, and friendliness. He. Is. AMAZING!
