She's the best! My health concerns are always addressed with patience and thoughtfulness, I prefer her over my general health practitioner.

I saw this provider couple years ago. My insurance changed for a year and I could not see her. I waited until I could switch my insurance just to be able to come back to your facility and provider. It made that big of a difference. I'll be switching my primary soon too. The efficiency and organization at kadlec is extremely noticeable, especially when I am used to getting the run around by my primary, which is not at kadlec.

Professional and compassionate care

Heather is one of the best providers I have seen. She was patient, kind, explained everything that was gonna happen at my visit & how long results would take to come back, helped me set up my next appointment and best of all - this is an issue I have seen with other providers, Heather did not make me feel like I was a number. She was there in the room rather than rushing to another patient. This is an issue some of your other providers have where they just want to get in and out but not Heather. I look forward to seeing Heather due to her care!

Amazing staff and even better doctor.

Heather provided a level of care that is unmatched by many of the other providers I have seen at APW. The questions she asks solutions she provides for particular medical concerns and taking account personal medical history is very important to me and she has definitely aided getting us the care we needed.

Very helpful

Heather was wonderful! Going in for a gyno appointment is not super fun but she put me at ease right away and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. I was also very impressed by how much she had looked at my old records from a previous provider outside of Kadlec. I would bring up something from my health history and she was already awake of each thing. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to review those records and also the time taken in person with me. I had a great experience with Heather the MA and the receptionist that checked me out that day. Thank you again! :)
