Steven A. Elrod, PharmD

Dr. Elrod was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin and completed undergrad at University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. He earned his pharmacy degree from Touro College of Pharmacy in New York City, NY. After pharmacy school, he went on to specialize in his first year of residency in ambulatory care at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. He decided to continue pursuing a career in family medicine and matched with Providence St. Peter and Chehalis where he completed his second year of residency. He is invested in the public’s health and offers education and knowledge to increase his patients’ wellbeing. Mr. Elrod notes that it is a true privilege being involved in patient care and looks forward to working together with all of his patients and teaching residents.
