Seems like the doctors are always running late and when they get to you as the patient they're very rushed. Seems like in years past doctor to spend more time listening to patients now it's five minutes they're in and out

He always gives a max of 5 minutes would be nice to have longer time to express my concerns he is so busy

I was seen my Dr. Kim on [Date]. I have osteoporosis in my right hip. I have received 3 separate cortisone injections over the past visits and am not getting the relief I believe I should. Xray revealed bursitis which I understand is inflammation around the bursa. Dr. Kim ordered PT however nothing for the continued pain in my hip nor anything for the inflammation.I'll start PT (which I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks so, what does a patient do. There is very little relief from the cortisone injection so what's next? I don't expect to be pain free, but I would like some relief. I would appreciate some advise.

I had a routine, scheduled visit. I am in the middle of a "flare" regarding my rheumatoid arthritis. I probably should have tried to see Dr. Kim sooner as I was in pain for several weeks prior to my scheduled appointment.

Please do not allow the bottom line to overshadow any contract negotiations with Medical Insurance Companies such as [ID]. St. Jude Heritage has always placed the patient first with dignity. I am hopeful that these great Companies can come to a reasonable agreement. I believe that Providence St. Jude places the patients best interest and health first. As we age, it is so important that our Doctors and Hospitals are there for us - it is the trust and dignity that is so essential.
