Sarah Orellana, MPH, RDN, LD

Sarah is both an inpatient and outpatient dietitian for Providence’s Community Ministries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Concordia University, Irvine and a master’s degree in public health and nutrition from Loma Linda University. Sarah is passionate about medical nutrition therapy and helping people learn about nutritional strategies to improve their well-being. Sarah focuses on client-centered goals and meets each individual where they are at in their journey. She finds it rewarding to empower others through nutrition education, while at the same time helping them to maintain a positive relationship with food and body image. When she’s not working, Sarah loves to spend time outdoors camping and hiking with her husband, two dogs and two kids, or curled up with a good book. Sarah sees patients virtually and in-person at the Willamette Falls campus.
