About Quoc T. Phan
I am a board certified Family Medicine Physician and have been in practice for 16 years with the last 10 years spent here locally in Olympia, Washington. I grew up in California and graduated from UC Berkeley. I earned my doctorate degree from Meharry Medical College in Tennessee. I completed my residency training at the Duke/South Regional Area Health Education Center program in North Carolina. I provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages from infants to seniors, including wellness exams as well as management of chronic diseases. I offer common office based procedures as well as routine women's health care.
