Rilla A. Westermeyer, MD

Dr. Westermeyer graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine and Maternity Care in Spokane. She quickly discovered that Spokane is a wonderful place to live and raise a family, and she has called it home ever since. Dr. Westermeyer is passionate about family practice, as it allows her to support individuals on their unique health journeys. She finds deep fulfillment in connecting with families through every stage of life—whether guiding a woman through her first pregnancy, nurturing a child through their early years, helping busy professionals maintain their health amidst the demands of midlife, or assisting a widow with the health and emotional challenges of later life. Her approach is grounded in a holistic perspective, emphasizing lifestyle choices that support overall well-being. Outside of work, Dr. Westermeyer enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and organizing community events to help connect families.
