Dr. Nguyen was attentive but did not appear to be aware of my surgery of two weeks prior. I don't know how much info she had available but she did a satisfactory job of taking care of my needs during my annual exam.

Dr. Nguyen is very professional and caring.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Nguyen's knowledge and her compassion. I also really liked the new AI tool she was able to use so that she didn't have to type while we were talking. It felt a lot more personal. I'm very happy with Providence and I cannot think of a single growth area.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen so some of the questions lack relevance. Given it was an annual wellness check, I was satisfied with the care I received.

She is very knowledgeable, she listens to any concerns that I have & addresses them.

Dr.Nguyen has a very practical approach to care and has a wonderful way of explaining issues and giving options for decision-making. She is also very thorough.

I have just started seeing Dr. Nguyen. She is interested in getting to know me as a patient. She seems knowledgeable about my history for being a new patient to her. She is easy to talk with and open to discussing my needs at the moment. She cares about making her patients feel better.

I never have to wait very long to see my provider and she always takes the time to answer all my questions. She always makes sure I understand my health situation and explains the plan going forward that we both agree on. I feel very comfortable and confident about the care I receive from my provider.

Scheduling is easy and I'm always seen promptly. I never feel rushed during my appointment.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and efficient. She was open to my ideas and talked through them with me to determine if they were appropriate or not. I prefer to have a good dialogue with my providers and Dr. Nguyen met that. It was great to finally meet my PCP!

It was somewhat difficult to answer some of these questions because this was my first visit with Dr. Nugyen. I was referred to Dr. Nugyen by my physician who retired from her practice. I had been her patient for 35 years and trusted her recommendation. Even after the first new-patient visit, I knew Dr. Nuygen was the right recommendation.

This was first visit with new primary after previous primary closed her practice. After many searches for female physician accepting new patients near me, I was able to schedule a new patient visit with this physician. The appointment was very comfortable, and even though she did not yet have all my 20 years of care with others outside this system. During the months that I was without a primary, I was able to use the nurse help line when I tested positive for Covid. Zoom visits were set up and medical care and advice was received. I appreciated this service very much.

She was just good

I had a physical last Dec. My Dr ordered an u/s, which was suspicious for cancer cells so she immediately set me up with a specialist to further investigate this. The biopsy confirmed the cancer, & I was scheduled for surgery & treatment in a timely manner. All visits were with very personal & attentive care, explaining everything so it's easy to understand.
