We were so impressed with Dr. Russo: her professionalism, thoroughness, clear explanations, and kindness. It was obvious that Dr. Russo had thoroughly reviewed my husband's file and spent adequate time to explain the diagnosis to us and the possible impact to his future health. Additionally, the packet of information she provided has been most helpful. We can't emphasize how much we appreciated the time she spent with us.

It was my first visit with Dr. Russo. It was a very good visit and I felt very good with the results.

I waited over a year to find a good provider here in town. Thankfully Dr Russo came to town! She is thorough & patient. Dr. Russo did a thorough job of explaining the dangers of alcohol use with dementia. She was persistent and we are hopeful that it made a positive difference.

My only comment is that it took over 5 months to get an appointment with Dr Russo. I realize there is a definite shortage of neuro providers and am very glad I was finally able to see her.

Very thorough but a little brusque

After the referral to this agency and they called to schedule, it was 5 months out for the first appointment. We asked for any chance to get early in case of a cancellation and got the call for the next day after the cancellation. This was 1-2 months after the Initial schedule. The Doctor was excellent and took much time getting all the required data. I felt very comfortable with this Dr. The lab results came into MY Chart but I have not had any results talked about from the Doctors office.

Provider was very thorough in explaining health issues patient is dealing with. Provider did a excellent job in explaining issues that could be understood. Exam was very thorough and provider was very patient. Appointment did not feel rushed.

Dr. Russo is extremely thorough and explains everything well. I am lucky to have her managing my mother's care. The office staff was pleasant and caring. A++++

My experience with this care provider was very good. It was easy to understand the way I was informed by the provcider.

She was thorough, we didn't feel rushed, she allowed both my husband (who had seen the episodes I'd been having, but has severe hearing loss, and our daughter who is able to hear more clearly, to be present with me for the appointment.

She was especially proficient with her explanation of the results and how they related to the situation at hand.

Very good I really love her she gave me a copy of what I needed to do because she knew I would forget her instructions and went over it with me and I didn't understand somethings she would explain it to me until I did when I couldn't hear her she would repeat it again in a louder tone told me where to go for for my blood tests that was very helpful she is very kind and understanding with me and my family members that was there with me she's great

As this was a first time visit, I was very pleased with this provider. I do have another appointment in six months.

I couldn't have asked for a more thorough appointment. All my concerns were addressed from Dr Russo AND she reviewed my health records before my appointment. She knew where I am currently with my health, where I've been, and had very detailed information on how I can improve.I needed someone like Dr Russo. I now understand my problems and have an outline of what comes next, and my part in that process. Right up until my appointment with this Dr, I was In a very fragile state physically and mentally. Dr. Russo and staff were excellent, knowledgeable and supportive. But it was very difficult to schedule an appointment due to her long waiting list and requirement to review all records prior to setting a schedule, which I understand. But the staff were helpful in finding a cancellation and getting us in to see Dr. Russo for a detailed consult very quickly, otherwise we would have had to wait at least 6 months. I understand there is a lack of neurologists in the area making it difficult to schedule the long list of patients. I found Dr. Russo to be very knowledgeable, patient, a good listener, compassionate and supportive.

Dr Russo is a fantastic dr. She is extremely knowledgeable, easy to understand, is able to converse with the pt in a relatable manner, can handle my dad's dementia related agitation easily, is able to put everything in perspective. She Is very caring. She is an absolute gem and we are very grateful she is our dads neurologist!

Dr Rosso had done extensive of everything other Drs had sent. She had me perform various activities. Then she very carefully told me her prognosis. I did not like what she said however I had already suspected the results. She spent time needed to inform me of things to do to slow down progression of disease and suggested a prescription. She was an excellent physician.

This was a very difficult appointment for me. I was there to find out if I Had Alzheimer's or cognitive impairment. She took her time to make sure I understood what my diagnosis was and how we were going to treat my impairment. I can't imagine seeing seeing a different provider she is so thorough, kind and caring. I just hope I can continue seeing her as a neurology provider for my brain changes.
