Jackie M. Wolf, PT, DPT, OCS

Jackie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. in 2007, with an emphasis in manual therapy and pediatrics. She relocated to Portland, Ore., following graduation and began working for Providence. During her time with Providence, she has advanced her clinical skills in orthopedics as well as pulmonary rehabilitation. She has assisted with the development of Providence's Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program and is has attained Advanced Clinician status in this specialty program. In 2017 she became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two small children, hiking, baking and learning more about photography.
