Gabrielle E. Kelly, LCSW

Gabrielle Kelly is a Behavioral Health Provider working within Providence Family Medicine in Eureka, California. Following obtaining her Master’s of Social Work at Humboldt State University, Gabrielle began on the path to clinical licensure and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She fully believes that everyone has a capacity to make change for themselves and while we may not be able to change the way things have happened to us, we can change how we react to them and live our lives the way we intended. Gabrielle creates a space where people can be heard and empowered to take realistic steps towards leading healthier lives. She has experience working with older adults, families, pregnant and postpartum women, people with substance use disorders and people of all ages with chronic diseases. Having grown up in Humboldt County and returning after completing her undergraduate studies, Gabrielle is committed to the future and wellness of this community.
