Betty A. Gilchrist, AuD

Dr. Betty Gilchrist is Lead Audiologist at Spokane ENT, where she has worked since 2005. She heads the electrophysiology department and specializes in newborn hearing testing, pediatric hearing aids, and balance assessment. Dr. Gilchrist also sees patients of all ages for hearing tests. Dr. Gilchrist received her master’s degree in audiology from Washington State University in 2005 and her doctorate degree in audiology from Salus University in 2009. She has served on the Washington State Early Hearing-Loss Detection, Diagnosis, and Intervention (EHDDI) advisory board since 2017. Since 2021, Dr. Gilchrist has been an adjunct professor at EWU/WSU in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is also member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
