Jessica Belknap, MS, RD, LD, CLC

Jessica Belknap MS, RD, LD, CLC, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Oregon and Washington. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, and her Didactic Program in Dietetics at the University of Northern Colorado. Jessica believes that all people, body shapes/sizes, abilities, goals, and health conditions are worthy of optimal nourishment and to maximize healthspan, longevity, and joy. Her client-centered approach to nutrition counseling and dietetics care utilizes conventional dietetic medical nutrition therapies, supported by holistic approaches including Lifestyle Medicine, Health at Every Size, and Intuitive Eating, as appropriate for each individual. With this robust set of modalities, Jessica guides her clients in navigating their health challenges and diagnoses, building a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and fueling for optimal health and performance, through the lens of nutrition. Jessica specializes in the unique nutrition care and education for individuals who follow (or who wish to follow) a vegan, vegetarian, or plant-based lifestyle, but will happily work with all people. Jessica is also a certified lactation counselor.
