Victoria Jansen, MPH, RD, LD

Victoria Eugenie Jansen is a Registered Dietitian at Providence Portland Medical Center and Providence Pediatric Gastroenterology . She earned her Masters of Public Health and Nutrition in addition to completing her clinical dietetic internship at the University of Washington in Settle, Washington. Victoria was a Seattle Children’s Hospital Nutrition LEAH Fellow (Leadership Education in Adolescent Health) where she trained in the Seattle Children's Hospital Eating Disorders Recovery Program.
As a dietitian with training in both public health and food systems, Victoria is passionate about providing comprehensive nutrition care with a systems lens. Victoria works with pediatric patients of all ages with a range of nutrition needs including early childhood feeding, picky eating, eating disorders, sports nutrition, and GI disorders. In addition, Victoria works with pediatric patients utilizing enteral feeding for their nutrition.
Victoria was born and raised in Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors on her bike or on her feet, gardening, and cooking for her family and friends.
