First, the provider was a dermatologist, not my PCP. My Derm. Dr. Was very good In every way. It Is always difficult to get to see my PCP. It seems like any concern I call In about Is shuffled off to someone else. This time I requested my Dermatologist.

Visited Dr. Shrecker for skin problem. He is wonderful. But, it took 2 months to get in. And, I received notices of openings along the way that were not true.

After nearly four years of misdiagnosis of my skin condition, Dr. Scheker was able to give me a diagnosis that took into account all the presenting features of my condition. He was able to answer my questions informatively and he respected my ability to understand his responses. He was confident and encouraging in prescribing a stronger medication and he gave clear parameters for when to return if it did not prove to be effective. I felt relief after several years with little improvement. My family will be glad that I am not having to fight the urge to scratch and tear at myself every evening! It's a little thing, that's a big thing! Thank you.

Dr Luis is so kind. He made a special point to call me with my biopsy results on a Friday so I wouldn't be worried or upset over the weekend. He was very proactive in starting arrangements for follow-up care. My only negative note ,and it's very minor, would be that he talks so fast.

This Dermatologist was excellent. I will be coming back. Booking future appts is a huge hassle bc they are booked out so far in advance

Dr. Scheker is excellent. He is cheerful and listens carefully. Keep in mind that some of the multiple-choice questions do not necessarily apply, but know this: He is highly knowledgeable and seems to care about his patients. I only go once a year for a dermatology checkup.

After Initially getting a 7 month wait for my urgent appointment, I was SO happy to get in a few days when there was a cancellation because my issues were getting to the point of affecting my life and work and waiting 7 months I might not have been able to take it.
