Jenae Hawkins, RDN, CDCES, LD

Jenae Hawkins, RDN, CDCES, LD received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences with a general in Dietetics at California State University Chico and completed her Dietetic Internship at California State University, Fresno. She has worked as a dietitian and nutrition educator for the past 12 years in acute care, outpatient counseling, weight loss programs, and diabetes education. Since moving to Southern Oregon almost 5 years ago, she has been working as a Clinical Dietitian in acute care. Jenae enjoys connecting with her patients and loves developing individualized treatment and life-style plans for them. She also enjoys teaching how food can help heal the body and is motivating and encouraging about this. A foodie at heart, she enjoys good food and the culture surrounding it. Outside of work Jenae will be found exploring the West Coast with her husband and 2 kids. Most the time they are outdoors: hiking, camping, swimming, Alpine skiing, and sledding.
