Originally called for routine check-up and was told it would be nearly five months to see my specific doctor. Following that, I had an urgent health issue that needed to be addressed. I called and asked Dr. Jones to call me personally - which he did. He asked me to come in right away (that day). This was so appreciated!!

Very comfortable with the knowledge and expertise of this provider. He reviewed my medical records and history before meeting with me and patiently listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns.

I arrived 45 mins early and still was put in the queue and seen 1/2hr earlier than scheduled. Dr Jones was patient, engaging and easy to talk to about my issues. My care team is awesome!

Dr. Jones had read the pertinent part medical record before entering the room and went straight to the heart of my concern. He answered all my questions.

Dr. Jones restores my faith in the medical profession. He proves that there are really good physicians in the medical field. He goes above and beyond in his commitment to the patient.

Dr. Randy Jones is far and away the best heart doctor I've ever experienced. I've had two others in the past 10 years and it's not even close. His patience and care is all I could ever ask for in a cardiologist.

This provider was very personable and informative and I was impressed and reassured by his knowledge and confidence. He spoke pretty much non-stop and I was wishing that I had a tape recorder and/or a friend in the room with me to help me remember what was said. I learned a lot, but I also missed a lot. He came into the exam room and threw down a sheaf of papers and said "I've read your history" - call me paranoid, but it made me feel like he thought I was a hypocondriac. My family and friends and I were concerned that it took 3 months to get an appt with this provider, especially after a couple heart incidents/ER visits. The ER docs referred me to this provider. Again, I am glad to be under this provider's care, and I feel confident that he is a good doctor.

Dr Jones was excellent in all aspectsknowledge, care and concern, sensitivity, make things easily understood, personable. Just a great physician and so grateful for his care.

He was in a hurry and really did not spend much time with me.

Dr. Jones is fantastic. I look for a partner in my health care and he provides and allows that. He is caring, attentive and willing to answer any of my concerns or questions. He has a great sense of humor as well, which allows me to be humorous as well and helps put me at ease. I feel that he gives me all of the options towards keeping me as healthy as possible and allows me to make an informed decision. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and as a matter of fact have two family members with the same condition in this clinic.

Dr Jones explained two alternative treatment plans for my cardiac arrythmia, with the likelihood of success and risks for each, and set in motion a followup plan.

Dr. Jones is great. I am concerned with Providence in general and resistance to medicare Advantage programs, which many of us have no realistic choice but to use.

Dr. Jones and his staff rapidly facilitated a video new appointment for me since I had recently had problems with my pacemaker. I had two ED visits this month for this although things now seem better. Dr. Jones impressed me as very intelligent, compassionate and willing to be involved. Completely understood diagnosis but really not pleased with the flippant attitude.
