All good except for the wait time which is because she is so thorough with everyone: she is worth waiting for though. Great listener; very personable; excellent bedside manner. Reassured me with some good referrals to others. Well informed and a good communicator. I recommended her to my wife who likes her very much too.

I needed a medical clearance to schedule dental implant surgery, and if I did not get it that day, the slot would have been given to the next person on the wait list. Fortunately, there was a cancellation and I was able to be seen that day!! She was kind, informative, asked pertinent questions, and I was very happy with information given and her manner. I was upset, and she was calming and kind.

I feel like my doctor listens to everything I say and is proactive in her care for me. I've had doctor's in the past who I feel dismiss my concerns.

Dr. Huei Yau is the best primary provider I have ever had. When I need to get an appointment I get it in a reasonable time. When I have questions she is responsible about getting back on my chart. She is whip-smart and empathic. I have had a complicated medical history and she takes all the pieces and treats me like a whole and integrated person. She is the BEST!

This was my first appointment with Dr.Yau. I think I will like having her as my PCP.

She is thorough and seemed interested in all issues. She was also very capable in explaining her opinions.

I have never had a bad experience. She has always been very thorough with everything...from note taking to options on how to handle a situation.

Dr was very attentive and easy to understand. She seemed very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. She answered all questions, refilled medications and asked the VA for referrals to specialists. One suggestion would be to provide public transportation tickets or vouchers since patient and partner needed to ride bus and train. They offered parking validation but we need to use public transportation so reimbursement for that would be appreciated.

My experience was the best ever.

My care provider is extremely caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel extremely comfortable with her expertise and insights. She often asked questions to help me think through important life decisions. And she's very supportive following up with resources and test results. She is a rare doctor who is extremely intelligent but also has great bedside manner and soft skills. Please give this doctor a raise.l

The best primary physician I have ever had

I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Yao the day after I called the office. It was obviously a very busy morning at the practice, but she was very thorough and listened carefully to my concerns. She is not my usual provider, but I felt I received the same level of care that I would've from my primary doctor. I felt lucky to be able to get an appointment as my previous visit was to urgent care when there were no appointments at the office.

She's great - very informative, professional, and easy to talk to.

Dr. Yau is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner and soft skills are exemplary due to the fact that she treats you like a person, looks you in the eyes with concentration and concern, analyzes needs quickly, and offers logical, practical, and sound options to move me closer to health. I don't feel like a number. I feel very lucky to be in her and her team's care. Everyone is always very pleasant and respectful in that office.
