PA Munchell has always been respectful and professional during my visits with her. The receptionist have always treated me with open arms and smiles. What a great group !

Denette Munchel is extremely thorough,takes her time with patients and is very knowledgeable.

I went in for cold like symptoms and I was not tested for anything after letting the doctor know that my father had pneumonia. She only gave me medicine to treat my allergies during this weather change and something to break up mucus (from what I understand). I still feel equally as sick as I did when I visited. I was not diagnosed with anything so I am still unclear as to what is wrong with me

All staff were great! I really like the SJ Diamond Bar but sometimes it takes a long time to get appt in a reasonable amount of time.

Denette was courteous and professional. She explained things as best as she could without me being in the room with her given that I suffered a tear in my right calf. This I think made the call a little difficult for her since, this is probably something I should've gone in for in person. But she did great to help me.

Excellent in taking the time to listen, assess and assist in getting referrals initiated for specialists to help me with my conditions. She always follows through never making one feel that she is rushing through.

I have had my provider for 22 years. She will retire at the end of this year. I will miss her. I have no delusions for having another provider for another 22 years. I will need to find another provider early next year. I don't know if I shall try to find one in Diamond Bar or Fullerton, CA. If I cannot find a suitable provider in Diamond Bar or Fullerton, I may try to pick someone in St. Joseph Heritage Med. Group in Orange, CA.

I've been helped by most of these physicians for many, many years and just happy to have them still around. I've been happy with the PA's seen as well.

Denette Munchel is the best provider. I only see her for my medical care. She is caring, compassionate, listens to my concerns and is proactive to my medical needs.

I had a physical scheduled yet the pa was behind schedule. We spoke briefly about labs and then she checked my breathing, prescribed me meds, and then left the room. I felt rushed because she was behind.

Everyone at St. Jude Heritage in Diamond Bar was very nice and gave a great service.

I have been with her for 30+ years and she has always been a good listener and has always answered all my questions.

I have been going to St Jude for years and all the providers are extremely helpful, professional and attentive. The recepetionist are courteous and friendly.

I am completely satisfied with the care I receive from this provider. I recently retired and turned 65. Had to give up my employer-provided health insurance and switch to a [ID] plan. I made sure this provider was a preferred provider for the plan before signing up - I don't want to go anywhere else for my care.

Danette was very good. She explained things well and reduced the anxiety I was experiencing.
