Dr Li that I saw for the first time was excellent I would definitely recommend her

Doctor Lilian is nice care and listen to what my feeling on my ill symptoms.

They are usually pretty good in making the visit ok and pleasant .

I had lab orders from my urologist in advance of surgery scheduled for Sept [Date] I made an appointment at the Diamond Bar office to have the lab work performed. The receptionist stated that I needed to see a doctor before they would perform the lab work (blood test and urine test). The short visit with Dr. Li was a waste of my time and her time. She provided no service other than giving the OK for my lab work.

All care and services were to my satisfaction

Dr. Lillian Li, the nurse, the front desk crew, the phlebotomist, and even the appointment scheduler were all so friendly and easygoing that I felt like I was on a VIP tour rather than a medical visit. They made the whole experience smoother than a freshly waxed floor! Thank you for the great experience.

It is my opinion, that Dr. Li's medical efforts stem from the heart. I am basing this opinion from my own experiences in receiving treatment from her.She is sincere in her medical practice.

The provider, Lilian, shared with me that I am pre-diabetic from previous bloodwork. I shared that I hadn't been told that. She then pointed to the report result and said yes you are. If I had been told that I would have asked about steps to take to lower my blood sugar. I also would want to reduce it and not take medication. She seemed uninterested.

Dr. Lilian Li listened to my health issues and provided great attention to them. She is a consummate professional and I'm very thankful that she's my Doctor.

This was the first time for this Dr. She is my new Primary Dr. I liked her

Doctor did not do a thorough analysis due to which my condition worsened and had to rush to an urgent care within 2 days. Received far better treatment.

I was very pleased with provider's manner and care as well as being attentive to my concerns.

This was a pre-op visit. Tests and x-rays were ordered right away. They just need to be sent to my Orthopedic Surgeon so I can Get surgery scheduled.

I was very happy with my visit to Lilian Li DO. The only problem I have it takes sometimes weeks to get appointment to see her.

This was an unscheduled urgent visit due to injury with uncontrolled bleeding. I arrived at the he clinic at 4:30 pm. Requested I'd it were possible for a nurse to help me. Reception responded immediately. Dr Li was Iinformed by the nurse as to the degree of injury. She had just finished all her appointments and stayed after hours to stitch my finger. I am very appreciative of everyone who helped me

I did wait about 45 minutes from the time she checked me to the time she returned w/paperwork of what meds she had prescribed for me. I never had to wait that long.

She could not answer why I was swollen in the jaw. It was down some at the time of the visit but I still have the problem. My ears had wax they cleared it I think?

This was my second time seeing Dr. Li. This time it's like a 360 degree turn arounda whole different experience. Very attractive and I felt that I was being heard. Thanks for paying special attention to patient's satisfaction.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Lin. We have been reassigned to her as our doctor. She is knowledgeable but lacks bedside manner. Even though she did seem to be paying attention to what I was sharing about the concerns that brought me in, she did not really appear to listening to me.

Lilian Li did not listen to me about my medical history and cancelled a necessary prescription without my consent. I had explicitly explained that I take this medication daily and need it to treat a chronic condition. She then made the medication inactive prior to it being filled by my pharmacy, and it has 2 refills that I need. She has been extremely slow to remedy this mistake or answer my messages/ calls.

The appointment with the care provider was my initial visit. The clinic staff were very courteous and prompt with care/service provided. As a new patient I was at ease with the care provider and the staff.

The Teladoc visit was my first experience, I think it went really well. It was also my first time meeting my new doctor since Dr. Tran [ID]. Dr. Li was polite and made me feel like she was interested in my well-being. FYI, the purpose of my appointment was to get my [ID] prescription renewed. I was amazed how quickly I received the lab results back from my blood tests.in less than 10 hours after my visit!. However, I have not yet received any feedback from the doctor regarding her review with the results, but I went ahead and booked an appointment with her to review the results in person. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment on a date that was in the near future since I will be out of the country for two months starting in mid March.

This was the first time I'd seen Dr Li. She was excellent and took care of my needs.

Doctors at Providence are very good. My only concern is I have to drive about hour to see them since there are none close to me. I'm okay with that but it would be great to get more Doctors closer to me but I know that is all about insurance reasons.

The apt was my first experience with Lilian Li as I do not have a regular doctor I see. I would like a regular doctor I see. I want to like doctor Li, but I never felt like I was actually heard. Could have been heard, but confirmation was missing. I plan on see her at least one more time for annual check up.

The next time I need to see a Dr. I would hope I could get appointment with Lilian Li, DO It was one of best visit I've had in years

I'm very happy Dr Lilian Li is on the medical team. I found her to be very thorough and in answering all my concerns.

Dr Lillian must be a new doctor.I waited 55 minutes after they called me into the consultation room.She seemed nervous and rattled because I told her I was ready to walk out. I had other appointments to attend to.She requested an X Ray immediately and released me. Never went over my lab results that looked like I needed a follow up. She simply skipped it so I could leave.

It was a good experience with this Doctor. My regular doctor was on maternity leave.

Very patient with me listened to my questions and gave me answers that I could understand what it was that I had and directed me to a Dermatologist for a follow up

Medical provider did not read my medical records and suggested going off medication that is needed. Medical provider kept looking at her watch to indicate that the visit was taking too long. The medical provider did not seem invested in the care of her patients. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before I was called back. This appointment was already cancelled and rescheduled by the medical provider.

I'm very grateful Dr. Li was able to take my Covid call on short notice.

I didn't feel like she was concerned about my pain

I have never had a Dr insist on my coming in for another visit just to get test results, when I've already seen them in the portal and know they are in my normal range. Or insist I have a wellness check after already being told I haven't found them helpful in the past and declining to do one. I've already done my bloodwork.

Doctor LI listened and followed up with all test results. Very pleased with level of care.

She is so nice and willing to answer all my questions. She explained very well so I can understand my questions.
