I have recently had a knee replacement. Dr. AhsanSaw me and conducted a pre-op surgical exam.It was thorough. The only thing I would suggest was some test was not complete that the hospital required. I believe it was a nose swab for any infection.

My experience with Dr. Ahsan was amazing. She was thorough and explained everything in detail. I felt comfortable asking questions and she was very patient while I was asking questions. Whenever I have friends or family members that are in need of a doctor, I refer them to her.

I called for medical emergency. I was pleased that the phone receptionist took my medical emergency seriously, and scheduled for the earliest possible appointment with my Doctor. I got an appointment the next day.

Dr. Ashan is very good at listening and responding to MY needs. I definitely feel like I am getting personalized care.

My doctor was not prepared or familiar with the reason for my visit. She had not reviewed my records and incorrectly stated she thought I was there for a follow up to a tummy tuck, which I've never had. I was there as a follow up to a hernia following emergency surgery. She was passive with my concerns and acted like I was being over cautious. She has even made incorrect assumptions about my health Issues, which resulted In unnecessary tests and only got resolved by my suggestion of what I thought was wrong. I Don't feel like she takes any of my health concerns serious anymore and I'll be finding a new doctor.

Always have an excellent experience with this provider.

This was the first time meeting with the Doctor. We then scheduled an routine physical and I received a referral for a colonoscopy.

Loved all the Staff at Lake Forest location. Dr. Nusrat Ahsan was wonderful to me. She took all the time out to evaluate and assess my condition. Then ordered the appropriate measures that should be taken. Then she explained to me her findings. I will be requesting to have her as my Primary since my primary Dr. Is leaving Providence. I just want to add that Dr. Ahsan saw me as a pt. When my original visit with another Dr. At a different location...refused to see me because I was 5min. Late. Then wanted to do a Zoom call with me 1 hr. Later....when I kept saying I need a physical exam and possible chest xray. That was when they sent me over to see Dr. Ashanti. Thank God....she was nice enough to see me. I wound up having Bronchitis and Pneumonia. I'm on the way to recovery. Zoom calls should be outlawed. It's not a proper assessment. Speaking from RN experience. Anyway ..I love having Providence as my Provider. Great Drs. And Staff. Very caring people.

I appreciate having the ability to check on my test results and upcoming visits on My Chart. It has been a very easy and useful means of communicating with the medical team. Information and responses are timely and easy to access, even after business hours. The medical team is very kind, caring and concerned about my welfare.

Dr. Ahsan is a thoughtful listener and very responsive to my needs. I had looked for a long time for provider I could actually talk too..she's wonderful.

Dr. Nusrat Ahsan was extremely helpful and caring. She listened to my concerns, ordered blood tests, and gave me her input on what she thought was going on with my health. I haven't been called back from the office regarding my results because I just had my blood drawn on Friday, and today is Monday, so I can't really comment on that, but I would definitely visit this provider again.

I don't feel she's the most competent with her care.

Dr Ashan's nurse is always friendly and caring. Makes me calm before taking my blood pressure. Dr Ashan is always professional and helpful.

I'm very blessed to have a doctor who LISTEN to their patients. Who engaged you in conversation to provide you best care, and have read your chart prior to coming into to room. I have family & friends in the medical field who advise me that I am blessed, because Doctors & Staff have become complacent with patients care. Typically the doctors only spend 5 minutes with the patients and send in the staff to explain afterwards.

They are always friendly and courteous to us.

I had a great experience, everyone was personable helpful and showed a great sense of care for my needs.

I have requested medication I needed online, and have been prescribed many times in the past, was unable to get an appointment for before I needed it, and was ignored more than once. Also, it is next to impossible to get into see the doctor for a referral to a specialist for an issue that needs immediate attention but is not an emergency like nerve pain from an orthopedic Issue. The doctor seems reluctant to listen about issues she has zero experience in, but I as a patient do have lots of experience in with regards to Mission Hospital and [ID] insurance which on getting an MRI with an anesthesiologist putting me under and breathing for me due to severe claustrophobia and having the procedure done about six times already. The doctor never heard of It when I mentioned It and seemed very skeptical of my repeated attempts to explain to her how It worked and that Mission Hospital was very well acquainted with such procedures including knowing how to code the insurance request. She did not listen. She said she didn't know how to code the request and sent it in without calling the MRI office at Mission Hospital. That will cause a delay. Her office front personnel like to display antichristain PRIDE signs and insist upon showing their leftest politcal leanings with the wearing and pride rainbow signs. It's disgusting for a Christian organization to look the other way on these types of things.
