Caroline M. D. Schmitz, PAC

Physician Assistant Caroline Schmitz became a medical provider because she enjoys people and helping them diagnose a problem and create a treatment plan. She used to be in pharmaceutical research and says she wanted to make more of a direct impact on people's lives. "I believe in a collaborative approach to health care," she says. "It should be patient driven. I really enjoy being part of the team and a member of this medical home community. We listen and work collaboratively with their needs and the best part is seeing people get better!"

Caroline earned her Master of Science degree in Medical Science from Yale University. She completed her undergraduate degree in biology at University of Miami in Florida.

Caroline loves to travel and lived in Thailand for four years. When she's not working, she enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking and practicing yoga.
