Jason M. Kuhl, MD

Dr. Jason Kuhl attended Montana State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedicine and a Master’s in Neuroscience. He went on to attend medical school and a family medicine residency at Oregon Health & Science University. In 2019 Dr. Kuhl also received a graduate certificate from Harvard Medical School’s Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership Program.

After completing residency in 2007, Dr. Kuhl and his family moved to Medford, Oregon where he joined Providence Medical Group’s Medford Family Practice. Since joining Providence, Dr. Kuhl feels at home, grounded in the Providence St. Joseph’s Mission and his personal faith. During his time with Providence, He has served as president of the medical professional staff in Medford, assisted with the launch of the Epic electronic health record system throughout five states, and served as the Chief Quality Officer of Providence Medford Medical Center and Providence Medical Group in Southern Oregon. He currently is the Chief Medical Officer for Providence Medford Medical Center.

Dr. Kuhl continues to practice outpatient family medicine in a limited capacity while remaining integrally involved with inpatient and outpatient informatics, patient safety, medical staff affairs, and healthcare quality improvement.
