Hilary is the best PCP. She's been my doc for 14 or 15 years and has always gone above and beyond to help. She helped through a long period of mysterious illness and was always empathetic and patient with me, even when I wasn't my best. I super appreciate her.

Dr. Starr is thorough and very easy to talk to. She found my Atrial Fibrillation issue on a wellness exam and helped me find a great cardiologist.

The medical and receptionists are a very caring, followed through with their treatment. We have always gotten the best of care. I am so grateful doctor Starr catching a serious medical issue and took really good care of me from ER then back to her for follow up and care.

Excellent doctor. Makes me feel 'heard' and has detailed answers to my questions, and when it's out of her wheelhouse she provides resources for where I can find an answer. I come out of visits with her feeling informed and respected. Also seems to have a photographic memory or something. I know doctors review the chart before coming in but it's still impressive. :o)

She always listens, seems very prepared for my appointments, and answers and explains everything that I ask about.

On the question about test results, I haven't gone in to take them yet! But every time I do my doctor always gets right back to me with the results! Dr. Starr is Awesome!

When I see Dr. Starr, I never feel that I have to reiterate all of the Information on my chart to her - she's able to access it. She remembers my medical history and it's a relief to not have to recite all of it over again. She and the rest of Providence's staff have also been very understanding about my preferred name and pronouns, which is something that few other practices do. I feel seen and respected when I visit, whether virtual or in person.Thank you for all that you do.

I have really a lot of health issues and Dr Starr is like the hub of all the specialists. I am extremely blessed to have her as my Dr!

My entire experience was exceptional. Ability to connect with prover and make appointment in the app was seamless. Reception at the clinic was extremely professional. Dr Starr spent time with me and treated me with utmost respect and helped educate me on important matters. Was able to immediately tho to the lab where again was provided much respect and efficiency. Received my results quickly along with Dr Starr's interpretation and reassurance. This experience could not have been better or more positive.

Out of all the doctors and offices I've ever visited, this office and Dr Starr in particular have always been absolutely wonderful and I constantly recommend them to anyone who mentions not liking their current providers because never before have I experienced such comfort and compassion from a provider who takes such care in listening to me and genuinely helping me through any concerns I might have, I'm beyond grateful for Dr Starr and her team

The care and service by Dr. Starr and any of the staff has consistently been professional, friendly, and helpful.

The doctor is always helpful, caring and willing to work with me and my care. I had a very fast heart rate so on my way home she called me and told me I needed to go to ER after she consulted a cardio doctor. I was AFIB and heart failure. I believe she saved my life that day. ER was ready the minuite I came through the door since she called ahead of my arrival.

I receive excellent care with Providence Monroe. I am frustrated only by how far out my PCP is booked when I need to see her soon. However, if my need is urgent and I contact her via MyChart, she always manages to find a way to squeeze me in or order any lab work or make a referral promptly. Dr. Starr is really quite amazing and attentive.

Great Doctor..

I love the care I get from Dr. Starr and her team. It is typically easy to be seen, even if it is something I'd normally go to Urgent Care. I love the technology in use, so I can go right to the room where I'm seen.
