Dr & PA were great. I work so fitting appointments into my schedule is difficult

Everything was good, provider was clear, referrals and orders were placed, all information is available on my chart

Dr. Parhar is always kind and explains all the medical issues.

Provider and assistant listened to my concerns and were pleasant to interact with. I also liked that the facility had a lab that I could get doctored ordered blood work done immediately after my appointment. I will say that this provider was my second choice. I could not get into my first choice to address an immediate health concern. The scheduling receptionist recommended the provider I saw as she had a cancellation I could schedule. I do like this physician and plan to stay with her.

This was my first time and it went well.

I believe the doctor is simply overwhelmed with many new patients. My impression is that things will settle down and I will keep with her for now to see if that happens. She's clearly a caring and skilled doctor, but as I say I think there's just too much on her plate.

It shouldn't take 4 months to establish care with a provider. Especially if there are medical issues that need to be addressed. I think requesting records should happen before the first visit so that the doctor and patient can go over medical history and build a working relationship. The provider was very kind and professional.
