Fang Yu Lee, MD

Dr. Lee was motivated to become a physician by his love of science and his desire to help people. “I enjoy meeting new people, building mutually respectful relationships with them, and helping them make the meaningful changes that contribute to a healthy and fulfilling life,” he says.

As a board-certified family physician, he provides his patients with clear, evidence-based information so they can make the best decisions for themselves. “My approach is to share decision-making with my patients and to work with them as a team to achieve the best health outcomes,” he says.

Dr. Lee is a graduate of Carleton College in Minnesota and New York Medical College. He completed his internship and residency at Providence St. Peter Family Medicine in Olympia, Wash. He also has specialized training in performing vasectomies.

Although he was born in Taiwan, Dr. Lee grew up mainly in Latin America. He spent more than 10 years in Nicaragua, Paraguay and other Latin American countries before moving to the United States. Now settled in Oregon, he enjoys hiking, traveling, discovering new foods to spending time with his family and cats.
