I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment as soon as I was for a health condition that came up with my regular health check less than 2 months away

Bill has the ability to treat me personally. He reviews all information and discusses me and my wellbeing at work, at home, in all cases. He is, and always will be, my quarterback even though I see specialists for my issues. I believe my wife wants him as a doctor. I did not see Bill for over 3 years and he remembered me, my past problems and is always helpful when other doctors seem to want to get straight to it and be done. His level of verbal communications and care are what the health care Industry needs more of. If he left Kadlec, I would follow him at an additional cost and travel if I could. Great Person and medically better than any doctor I have had.

Dr. Bill Ruzicka is the Best Doctor. He Is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his patients. I never feel Rush at my appointments. He always answers all my questions/concerns. I surely hope Bill never leaves this area. I spent almost 10 years looking for a replacement doctor after mine retired that I had seen for 30years. This is also the first Kadlec clinic that answers Kchart messages promptly. Prior to this clinic I was at another Kadlec clinic that would take over a week to respond. I love this clinic Dr Bill and Staff.

No bad experiences at all. I guess I'm spoiled, if I need to talk with someone I either get an answer or a prescription request nearly immediately. Everyone is professional and if I find someone who doesn't know the answer to my questions, they find someone who does.
