This was my first appointment with Dr. Ching. I had been advised that I needed to have a hernia evaluated and she was very thorough, patient and explained everything I needed to know.

I had 4 visits with 4 different medical professionals in dealing with an abscessed cyst on my back. My physician was totally booked, and since I needed care I saw two PA's on two different visits to Urgent Care, a doctor who opened the cyst to drain and a final PA I saw after more than two weeks of a lot of pain and little change. She finally referred me to Dr Ching, a General Surgeon. I finally had someone who listened, understood my frustration with almost 4 weeks of no Improvement, and carried through with treatment that worked. So kind!
