Christopher E. Salem, DO

Dr. Christopher Salem is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He has practiced in southern California since 2007, completing his training at Chino Valley Medical Center. He has served patients at Fountain Valley Hospital, Orange Coast Global, Hoag, South Coast Global Medical Center, Orange County Global Medical Center, Anaheim Regional Medical Center and Chapman Hospitals. He also provides on-site medical visits to nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Central Orange County. Dr. Salem leads a team of highly qualified nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses in providing each and every patient individual health assessments and treatment.
