Dr. Kruse is a very good doctor. However, my appointment was for 2:30pm. I was called by his medical assistant at about 2:45 to go to the exam room. I waited in the exam room until 3:30 before the doctor came in. The assistant did check on me during the waiting period and offered me water. She said the doctor was with another patient. I shouldn't have to wait that long to see the doctor. If my appointment wasn't urgent I would have left. I don't know how they can fix this. Dr. Kruse spent 20 minutes with me when I finally go to see him.
