Basem Fanous, MD

Basem Fanous, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Fanous earned his medical degree Tanta University Faculty of Medicine in Egypt. He completed his internship and residency at Charles R. Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Fanous is one of the lead physicians and founders of the new Sylmar Medical Center. Dr. Fanous believes that a healthy life starts with solid preventive healthcare. His caring, thoroughness, and knowledge qualify him to render an excellent care to his patients. He is married with 3 children. When not seeing patients at the office, Dr. Fanous enjoys listening to music, photography, traveling, and spending time with his family. In addition to English, Dr. Fanous speaks Medical Spanish.
