Dr, Tsai is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. He is thorough and listens to my concerns. Unfortunately, it can now take weeks to get an appointment. If I am in need of immediate care I usually end up at the urgent care clinic at Tanasbourne then make a follow up visit with Dr. Tsai.

I have the most respect and confidence in my care provider, Dr Tsai, He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, caring, respectful, never makes me feel rushed,,explains things so I can understand and makes me feel that he cares. I am comfortable talking to him about anything. I feel so fortunate to have him for my doctor. He cared for my parents when he first started working at the Sunset clinic and he gave them wonderful care, my sister, brother-in-law and I have been going to Dr Tsai for many years and we all have grown to care deeply for him and appreciate him.

Though it's hard to get a timely visit with Dr. Tsai because he's so busy, it's worth the wait. He takes his time with you, listening to you, and is very thorough.
