Very good and comfortable experience

Dr Dao always listens care and explains important information in a clear and pleasant manner.

He is understanding how difficult it can be to remember to take medications that are only once a week. He is non-judgemental and praises changes that might hace acheived in your weight. He has a sense of humor and a warmth when you meet with him that you feel that he cares about you. He is compassionate and wonderful provider.

This provider is new to me so I can only assess it based on the last PCP I had. Dr. Dao is a nice doctor. I went through all of my meds with me. He listened to my hear and lungs. That was it. I got tests done and have the results, but nobody has gone over the results with me.

Always obtain an agreeable appointment. Check in personnel very welcoming & professional. Never a long wait to be escorted to the examination room. Never a long wait to see the physician. If meds are needed the doctor gives clear instructions on how they should be taken.

I had hurt my shoulder and my doctor showed me exercises to do to help relieve the pain which have worked very well. He was calm, kind, and had a very pleasant demeanor. He made me feel comfortable immediately and listened closely to everything I had to say.

He listened and was very good about looking at my history due to me being a new patient. I really like him. He doesn't treat u like a number.

The waiting time I listed does not bother me. I figure that another patient may have needed more time for a situation and if I needed more time I would get it too. I have a severe hearing loss and the staff was patiernt with me when I didn't understand. I'm very pleased with Dr. Dao and am lucky to have gotten into his practice when I lost my previous doctor in Portland. That practice sort of imploded and several MDs left.

This was my first visit with Dr Dao. He is my new PCP and I am looking forward to being his patient.

This provider is the only provider who tested pain response. Dr. Dao listened he is the only Providence doctor who I feel has done his job correctly. I also had someone I spoke to today and she assisted me with my prescription. She was extremely fast and kept apologizing for a pharmacies mistake!
