I really came away from this visit with a better understanding of my back issues. For so long I thought that my back pain and leg tingling were caused by one nerve area. I feel like the plan we have laid out with the ablation and then epidural process I will fell better than I have in ages.

My experience with most of the providers in the Kadlec system has been excellent overall. The most recent visit with Alexis left me with the feeling that I was seen by a thoroughly trained professional. She took time to explain the intricate details of my MRI in away that was easy to understand. I also left well informed of what my treatment options are available to me. Great job!

This provider honestly restored my hope in medical care. As a patient with chronic conditions, I see providers from various departments regularly and she is exceptional. I could write a novel here on what differentiates her from the average provider but will keep It simple..she is wonderful!

I was with another provider prior and every part of their service and personel was terrible , this experience has been so different and I am so glad I was able to make the switch , I already referred you to a friend who is still at the others facility encouraging them to make the switch . The reception staff were very good. The initial helper was very nice and asked several questions. Once the provider showed up she seemed very rushed and anxious to be moving on. She did ask questions and answered mine but everything felt very rushed. Very similar experience to when I had my last steroid injection earlier this year. If that same feeling of "hurry up" occurs this time I will put a stop on the process.

Appreciate the continuity of services related to my treatment plan. Providers and staff are respectful.

Alexis Firman ARNP will be extremely missed as a provider for my oncology services. I always felt heard, understood and respected for my input or questions. Communication was clear and I always felt comfortable asking any questions or expressing any concerns.

I have completed my oncology appointments and will miss the good care Alexis gave me. I am happy for her to begin a new chapter of her life.

Alexis Firman, has always been very respectful to me on my concerns. She took time with me and I have an extra appointment to have my right breast check out because I have concerns. I had breast surgery 5 years ago due to cancer so I'm just concerned about the pain I'm having. She didn't say maybe I'm just overly sensitive and not worry about it, she went ahead and ordered test to have it checked out for me. A lot of Drs don't listen to us "older" women. So I left from my appointment that day feeling better just to having been "heard". I'm praying nothing comes out from these test. Thank you Alexis for listening.
