I feel like I am finally getting help with a medical condition that has caused me a lot of pain for many years

Dr. Bazan was absolutely fabulous. She made sure any questions I had were answered and explained the whole situation to where I understood

Don't fret at the 9, I never give anyone a 10 because there is ALWAYS room for improvement. But at 9, not *much* room. Everything was great. :)

The entire team at the ALS clinic is phenomenal. I could not ask for better care.

Great DR and Staff

I enjoy meeting with Tracy Bazan as she listens to my current concerns or needs and offers understandable feedback and solutions for me. I like her calm demeanor and friendliness. The ALS team of health care professionals that work with Dr. Bazan are all caring and knowledgeable people and I feel the workshops are worthwhile.

Everything went as expected. Dr explained what she was doing, what to expect as she went. Etc.. She explained what she found, next steps, etc..

We have experienced nothing but great care and information from Dr. Bazan/staff and Providence during the 3 years as a patient. We feel very fortunate.

The receptionists and dr. Were really great. The procedure was somewhat painful. But the dr. Was kind and understanding. For such a painful test. The dr. Made it easier.

Dr. Bazan is awesome. Everyone on her team is awesome. We are incredibly grateful to them for their help in navigating 2 terminal diseases.

I felt comfortable asking questions.
