This visit was for a test required before I see another provider about my issue. It provided information needed for the next clinician to make a full diagnosis & provide treatment.

I was there to get Botox for my chronic migraines. Dr. Sax knew it was my first time getting them done. She spent a good amount of time going over the procedure and what to expect after. She answered all of my and mom's questions and didn't make us feel like she was in a rush to get it done. While she was giving me the Botox shots she let me know where she was putting the shot before hand and the amount of shots in each area. After she went over possibly changing certain amounts of shots in a couple of areas that are more problematic for me. She even got me a couple of ice pacts after. She sent, in MyChart, things to look out for and limitations for the first couple of days. Also, the receptionist and MA were also excellent and very nice. I had a great experience in this office with its staff!!
