About Ghazaleh Jafari
Ghazaleh Jafari, M.D., is a board certified neurologist that treats general neurology patients with a focus on neuromuscular disorders. She joined Providence after completing a neuromuscular/electrophysiology fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. In her free time, Dr. Jafari enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring the great outdoors hiking, biking and camping. She is active in sports, enjoys coaching and volunteered at free clinics for the uninsured. Dr. Jafari speaks English and Farsi and is conversational in Spanish.
