Provided info about surgery in an understandable manner. Used MRI results and it all made sense.

I went to the provider for a second opinion regarding the outcome of my surgery two months earlier. Apparently had not reviewed. He apparently he had not reviewed. He had not taken the time to review my records prior to my visit. I do not understand how this happened. As I had contacted the office and told them purpose of my visit instead, he was under the impression that I had come to receive surgical help. Perhaps there was some miscommunication from staff to him. I do not know.

Dr. Consiglieri thoroughly explained the surgery I could need, type and length of surgery, recovery etc. Ordered additional x rays and followed up immediately to discuss his findings
