Diana D. Zellner, DO

Dr. Diana Zellner is an experienced palliative care physician with a special focus on supportive care for patients undergoing treatment for cancer. She completed her medical degree at Ohio University and pursued a residency in internal medicine where she served as chief resident before further specializing in palliative care at Cleveland Clinic's Tausig Cancer Institute.

Diana is passionate about providing all patients and their families access to supportive care throughout their journey with cancer, fostering a compassionate and collaborative approach tailored to the unique needs of each patient. At Providence Cancer Institute, Dr. Zellner serves as the medical director for the oncology palliative care program and joins an excellent team of supportive care specialists including palliative care providers, oncology social workers, certified sexual health counselors, chaplains, registered dietitians and naturopaths.

In her personal life, she is married to her spouse, David, who works in environmental conservation. Together, they work to support the people and the land in their community and spend their spare time enjoying the two as much as possible. If you happen to meet with Dr. Zellner virtually, you may catch a glimpse of their cat, Wuda, who can often be found chairside.
