About Phong Q. Vu
Dr. Phong Vu was born and raised in Napa and graduated from Napa High School. Dr. Vu been a doctor of optometry at Eye Specialists of Napa Valley since 2007, where he treats conditions, diseases and injuries of the eye as well as corrective vision for patients.
After his graduation from the University of California at Berkeley with a BA in molecular cell and biology, Dr. Vu continued his optometric education at the University of Berkeley School of Optometry. He completed internships at the Omni Eye Services in New Jersey and New York as well as at the Veterans Affair hospital in California and Washington.
Throughout his studies, Dr. Vu was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Society and worked with the Berkeley chapter of VOSH International—a nonprofit organization with the mission to bring vision to every person on the planet—to perform eye exams in several cities throughout Thailand.
In his free time, Dr. Vu enjoys spending time with his family and friends
