Dr Olds has been my ear specialist for almost 30 years. I couldn't ask for a better Dr and specialist.

Dr Olds gave me plenty of time to explain my health issue and asked me questions. His exam was thorough. His explanation of the results was greatly appreciated- clear and actionable. I had plenty of time to ask questions and his replies were helpful. I left Dr Olds' office fully satisfied. Additionally, the audiologist did a great job testing my hearing and explaining the results. After that interaction, I had a much better understanding of my health condition.

Always courteous, professional, and understanding..My visits are enjoyable to have a Dr so caring that it doesn't seem like I am seeing a Dr because he puts you at ease..

I have been seeing Dr Olds for over 20 years. He is excellent in knowledge, expertise, caring, and courtesy. In fact I have recommended him for my grandson and he is wearing hearing aids and my have surgery when he has stopped growing. I have the highest respect for Dr. Olds.

I was very lucky to get a quick appointment with Dr. Olds as he had a cancellation just a few moments before I called. Otherwise. It would have been 4 months for my appointment with him.

Everyone was very polite and capable especially the doctor. I am the type of person who asked very detailed and in-depth questions. Someone who isn't educated or well versed in a field typically won't be able to answer some of the questions I ask. This doctor was able to answer everything and explained everything perfectly. The only negative thing I could say is it took 6 months to get in to see the doctor. That is not an odd occurrence, it has been 6 months nearly everywhere to get an appointment. The dentist for cleaning, the dermatologist, the heart doctor, all took 6 months. I may be in the wrong business if most medical fields are scheduled 6 months out.

Dr. Olds listens respectfully to to my thoughts and questions, and always gives me an answer that validates my ideas and questions. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to know who each patient is. Even though I don't see him often, he always seems to solve the problem and I feel confident in his expertise. He is also probably the most kind, polite, and thoughtful doctor that has ever treated me, and I appreciate him and Providence very much.

I'm supposed to get treatment every 4 months and get a letter reminder at the 4 month time but the next available appointment has been 4 MORE months. I've learned to have the doctor get me that next 4 month appointment before I leave the last appointment so I will have one the next 4 month time. Many thank's to him!

Dr Olds was willing to "look outside the box" when considering the symptoms I'm having and opt for a different approach to potential treatment.

Dr Olds is extremely kind and patient. He discussed my problems and actions I might take to improve things. He cleaned my ears, discussed OTC meds and how often I should take them. He spent a lot of time with me. I felt he really cared about me.

Dr.Olds really cares for, and about his patients,Dr. Olds Is also a skilled surgeon and has operated successfully on my ears. I have recommended Dr. Olds to people in the Tri-Cities (where I live) and the feedback to me is how happy they felt to have him as their new ENT doctor.

Nothing bad to say. My experience was good.

Doctor was competent, but he was uninformed about my condition. After I filled him in on my problems, the care he prescribed by medication has worked very well. I appreciate his knowledge.

Dr. Olds did such a excellent job with my 4 1/2 year old. He is so kind and he made sure I understood everything that was going on. It was all good with Dr Olds. The hard part was waiting. But I finally got a cancellation. I had a clogged ear & pressure in my head. When he finished unclogging my ear with baby oil & suction. All the symptoms stopped.
