Everyone on staff including Aileen Estrada treated me very nice and polite. I did not have large wait times at all for any part of my appointment. Everyone was very professional and Aileen was very knowledgeable on my disease and treating it the best way possible. She listened to what I had to say and answered all questions and concerns that I had.

Aileen Estrada is a phenomenal healthcare provider. I have been seeing her for many many years and to be honest due to my many rare invisible but painful conditions most doctors treat me very badly, but NOT Aileen Estrada. She has always been kind and thorough and listened to me. She has never made me feel like a burden or like she doesn't believe me. I have complex medical issues that most doctors don't understand and again Aileen is literally one of 3 st jude drs (who treats me (a patient) as I should be treated. She is a rare one in my experience. Most drs gaslight their patients. That has happened with most of the drs I have seen at St Jude. I think I Intimidate them because I know more about my rare congenital illnesses than they do. The majority of St Jude doctors have made me feel defeated degraded and like I am wasting their time. I actually have PTSD with drs due to all of this. But with Aileen I actually look forward to my appts knowing at least there is someone who cares about my health and well being there. She really is a great provider and I am grateful for her.

Eileen Estrada always takes the time to listen to my concerns and offers excellent advise. I lost my husband in [Date] and wasn't expected and very traumatic for me to witness. Eileen took the time to listen to me and made me feel better by the time I left. My Mom, who died [Date] 2023, also saw Eileen and we always looked forward to seeing her as she treats you with the utmost respect and actually listens to you and looks at you when you speak. Many in the healthcare community are so rushed and double booked that they don't take the time to "really listen" and to me, that's all part of getter better and healing both emotionally and physically.good bedside manner is one of the most important parts aspects of medical care. Had very good experience with the care provider. She is very helpful and understanding about the pain I am having. She shows compassion and ordered a CT Scan to determine the cause of the pain.

She offers alternative options that would potentially contribute to a better outcome. She explains thing in a manner that is easy to understand and answers questions without hesitation. It's my 1st visit with Aileen, PA. It was wonderful! I like Aileen who is excellent PA. She listened well, kind, understands my issues, and gave me referrals for my needed treatments without any problems.
