Jasmine Fisk, DPT

Jasmine is originally from San Diego, CA. She earned her bachelor's in applied health at Azusa Pacific University in 2015 and then her doctorate in physical therapy at Duke University in 2018. She started her career in Arlington, VA before moving to Portland, OR and joining Providence Health & Services in 2022. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, which has helped her more effectively diagnose and treat orthopedic injuries. She also enjoys treating vestibular dysfunction as well. She works hard to empower clients to take charge over their recovery by valuing individual goals, concerns, and preferences. Jasmine uses a variety of hands-on manual techniques and therapeutic exercises to help clients achieve more functional movement and return to the activities that they love. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, knitting, painting, and being home with her husband and their cat Olive.
