Unfortunately, life can be very difficult at times and result in emotions that are unbearable for us to cope with without assistance. Treating mental health disorders should be approached not just from a medication standpoint, but also by building and reinforcing coping strategies to deal with these emotions. My goal is to help find a medication regiment that helps manage these struggles without unbearable side effects.
