Lyda E. Nicodemus, DNP

Lyda Nicodemus is a Doctor of Nursing Practice that joined the Pulmonary Medicine team, her home base will mostly be at the North Clinic, but you'll also see her around both the Sacred Heart Medical Center and Holy Family Hospital campuses. She has a long history of working for the Providence system spending 13 years in the adult Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse. She completed both her Undergraduate and Graduate degrees with Washington State University's College of Nursing. She embraces, encompasses, and demonstrates all the characteristics that Providence prides in our care team: providing care with emphasis on dignity, justice, integrity, and excellence. When she isn't caring for patients, Lyda enjoys spending time with her husband and children, watching any/all sports (Go Seahawks, Cougs, Sounders), and traveling.
