James M. Calmes, MD

Dr. Calmes received his M.D. degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Calmes did his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Rheumatology at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He also obtained his MBA in health management at Texas Tech.

Dr. Calmes is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology (American Board of Internal Medicine). He participates in clinical research, which enables his patients to access the latest drugs in the field of Rheumatology.

He is a member of various medical societies including the Texas Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American College of Rheumatology.
