A visit to the doctor does not normally leaving one with a sense of happiness and looking foreword to returning but somehow the people in this office are able to pull that off for the patient/family. Dr M is unassuming and pleasant. He is not a cookie cutter doctor as the mass are. He will not tell the patient what the best options for everyone are but instead opts to get to know the patient in order to make an informed decision. Everyone in the office is professional, pleasant and welcoming. He is only the 3rd doctor that I have found in spokane with these qualities. We are so happy to have met him and even luckier to have him as our medical professional.
