Register to attend a free, virtual, "What is PACE?" information session

Join us from the comfort of your home for a 30-minute, live information session to learn about Providence ElderPlace PACE – the all-inclusive care program supporting seniors in Oregon for over 30 years. PACE provides coordinated, wrap-around care for adults 55 and older who need assistance with activities of daily living, such as using the toilet, mobility, cognition, or memory. 

The session is live and includes time to ask questions. PACE is available for people on Medicaid, Medicare, or both.
